It may have been cold and frigid
outside the World MasterCard Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2013 tents, but inside
the coats came off. Models, fashion editors, bloggers, and other members of the
fashion community ditched their winter wears to strike a pose and show off their
lavish looks for a scouring crowd of photographers.
In this second round of style selects, we picked some of our favorites for best dressed. From designer-inspired
creations to actual luxury labels, this group of trendsetters shows that one
can look couture no matter what their budget.
